Full-Stack AI Engineer / Workflow Architect

TYMO AI helps small businesses punch above their weight with plug-and-play AI agents — no setup, just smart results. We're developing AI-first tools on top of our custom Model Context Protocol (MCP) infrastructure, enabling things like virtual AI employees and intelligent automations.

In parallel, we’re working hands-on with real businesses to solve AI implementation problems — delivering value today while validating what we’re building for tomorrow. Our current stack includes Next.js, Payload CMS, and n8n, and we’re committed to pragmatic, equitable solutions in this pivotal moment for AI.

🚀 The Role

We’re looking for a software engineer or workflow architect to help us deliver real-world AI solutions to clients — fast, lean, and with impact. You’ll:

• Build and deploy AI-first applications using Next.js and Payload CMS
• Design and iterate on powerful no-code/low-code workflows in n8n
• Contribute to internal tools and agentic workflows as part of our MCP vision
• Work closely with the founding team on both product and implementation
• Help shape modern, human-aligned AI solutions that genuinely solve business problem.

This is a role for builders who want autonomy, care about users, and thrive in fast-moving environments.

🛠️ What We're Looking For

• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (especially with Next.js)
• Experience with headless CMS platforms (Payload preferred, not required)
• Familiarity with n8n, Zapier, or similar automation tools
• Understanding of REST/GraphQL APIs and third-party integrations
• Interest in AI, automation, and the future of work
• A pragmatic mindset — you know when to prototype and when to harden
• Bonus: You’ve dabbled with LangChain, vector databases, or agent frameworks.
